Payment problems

If money was deducted but your course did not open, first press Check payment status on the payment page; most cases fix themselves once the bank confirms. If it is still not resolved, write to us with your registered email, your enrollment number and the payment ID. Our support team replies within 24 to 72 hours.

Online students can ask us to connect them with the course instructor. Write to us with the course name and your question.
